Since the pandemic, some items are taking longer than usual due to strict protocols for the majority of our international vendors and most shipments are being transported by boat rather than plane. The only way for them to speed up the delivery process is to select EXPEDITED rather than STANDARD for shipping which will cost extra. Your items are not missing as we inspect our orders daily to ensure your items are on their way to you and we can not issue ANY refunds while orders are in transit. However, if you are going to request a refund, we have to put a stop to your order entirely to ensure fairness to everyone involved and once we put a stop to your shipment, then we can move forward with the refunding process.
